"I'm fine"

Hello Coffee Lovers,

Have you ever answered a person when they ask "Are you OK?". If you are anything like me your answer is the same "I'm fine." It's our go-to when you don't want people to know or just not ready to talk about it yet. The big thing is that you don't want anyone else to worry about your problems, but we do want them to care.

Sometimes our "LITTLE" problems feel unnecessary to talk about to others because many people have bigger issues. Most humans repress feelings into a little box in the back of our minds. Let me just tell you it can happen to adults but more and more children are doing the same. Is it from learning off their parents on how they act or is it a gene from the bloodline? I'm not sure.

We all have something that really takes us down emotionally and physically. Some more than others. knowing depression runs fast and hard. You just want to crawl in your bed and cry and not eat or even avoid people. Why I am talking about this? I write about these things that many have a hard time chatting about because of its sadness or depressing feeling it gives. Like for example, my google is telling me that my words are disapproving meaning they feel the same way.

Our stories mean something whether it is emotional baggage, physically disable or a loss of someone you cared deeply for. We suffer sometimes so much that we don't know what to do or how to get yourself back. I do have some advice for you and it is your choice to take it. I say talk to someone that you feel won't judge you. You don't even have to talk to them call them to sit near you as you cry your feeling out. Find something like hitting a ball with a bat, PS outdoors please. you can also do like me and write it down because sometimes talking to people is way too much. Being disabled in any way at all is hard and I hope the best for you all. Reading this, you will probably not do any of this but try and look and mirror and say  "I am not OK".

I will admit I have not tasted real coffee in 5 days "I am not OK".
Till next time enjoy a cup a coffee for me.
