New Year's Resolutions

Good morning Coffee Lovers,




Did you miss me? Today is the day. New Year's Eve! Are you ready? I am pretty sure most of the world made their New Year's Resolutions. I must admit I only did it once but I don’t believe in making resolutions. Why you ask? Well, I just feel it's too overwhelming to keep these promises. What if what you wanted to happen, does not go your way? Then we get sad or even depressed and feel like we failed ourselves.

I believe we are not promised tomorrow so we do what we can and not feel as though it was a job and more like an award for even doing the little things in life. Some people don’t have the luxury to even think about having a new resolution. Now let me tell you that if you have one and you are strong enough and ready enough to make it happen for the new year please do so. I am rooting for you 100%. Just know if for some reason it does not happen as you wish it's ok. Be happy that you are alive and made it through the night and woke up in the morning. 

Life is about making our souls remembered and that's what I hope you do get remembered. We should live in the present time hug those who are still around and love ourselves for wanting better for life. As the clock strikes 12 remember we made it this far who would have known we would be able to see this world in 2020!

Everyone is scared of this word and to be honest ist so natural these days. I have my own story to tell how I didn't know I had it until my younger 20’s. I was stressed out about my job. I just quit it because he was a true womanizer. I couldn't take any more of it. Hello coffee lovers, I have been drinking coffee for a very long time, Since maybe the age of 10. Knowing that I can drink coffee and still think about my past, we know that the past has a way of alway being in the back of your mind. Like I remember drinking coffee at 6am in the morning with my stepmom and playing Mario Bros. Some memories go away or you forget but some memories of the past you cannot forget. Let's Talk about victims in young ages who can’t forget their past even if they wanted to. Abuse is a word that carries a huge amount of weight, yet it's one of the many people who struggle to fully understand until they've experienced it firsthand.
