The new norm?
Hello coffee lovers,
I told myself I was not going to write about this but, it seems to be known as the new "norm".
I hope you stocked enough coffee or have a person to deliver to you as much coffee as possible. This virus called COVID-19 is a scary thing. We are all changing the way we live, the way we work, the way we think. We never thought our world would be like this and we have seen everything from influenza to the Ebola virus and still have not seen anything this bad that it has traveled worldwide like this.
I bet you want to know how long this will take to pass and yet we have no idea and I hope it goes so fast like it didn't happen. New York cases alone are at a high 1,374 confirmed victims and rising. I feel like there are so many more but no one is really discussing it with us because they are afraid to be treated like they are the virus. Altogether there are 197,135 cases around the world.7,949 deaths and 81,683 recovered. These are scary numbers, am I right? But we must take into consideration how many have survived this and lived to tell the story.
Yet the world is under a huge microscope and it may have you on the edge, take time to call loved ones and check on your neighbors to see if they need something. If you are too afraid maybe leave a bottle or two of water in front of their door so they do not feel so alone. We have to be in this together even if the world is asking us to be apart. Some people we don't know are nurses or doctors and need our support as well. Let us show this world that things like this we stand united and we fight to keep the human race alive no matter what!
I want all my coffee lovers to come together and share your thoughts, your information your coffee, not all of it but enough to make someone else smile and feel like they are human as well. Until next time talk you by a cappuccino or two.☕☕☕☕☕
