Hello coffee lovers,


I know the world is slowing getting back to normal hopefully not to normal we need the world to be better. I want to talk to you about a show that is on Netflix and I watched it for a couple of years. These five fabs have changed my life without even knowing me.  These guys take the lives of people and they make their lives go upside down to right side up. By the way, I am not just talking about their homes I am talking about who they are in the inside who they see in the mirror.


When I watch this show I am crying I am laughing, I even think about things I can change in my home and life. I always have lived to satisfy everyone and chose me last. The fab five showed me its fine to think about yourself it is fine to love yourself.


I know we all have so much going on and we are taking care of others and we have been overwhelmed with everything in the world right now but take time for you.
We are neglecting ourselves sometimes and not realizing it.  I want to change you buy saying i am beautiful in the mirror even if you don't feel it at the moment do it. You will say it over and over to you actually get it in your head. If you are a man you can say handsome. I welcome all sexes.

Maybe you can even get a shirt you would not normally get and see how you feel in it. If you are used to being bold with your colors try a darker type of colors what all the comments you will get. If you are bland and consider colors like black try a little boldness, light green, or something just a bit out of who you are on a daily. trust me you will feel the love you have for yourself.

I am no expert like the fab five, so I suggest you take time to see this show, on Netflix! You will see yourself feeling all sought of ways and may even binge-watch like I do with the season to season.

I want to thank the fab five for being there for so many people and for me.

Hello coffee lovers, I have been drinking coffee for a very long time, Since maybe the age of 10. Knowing that I can drink coffee and still think about my past, we know that the past has a way of alway being in the back of your mind.
