Violence on high in NYC
Good morning coffee lovers,
I know you missed me and you have all the reason to do so but life has taken me for a wild loop with upgrading my life and getting a new home. Which as I think about it happens to be right on time with all the violence that is happening in NYC I do not know what to think.
I hope you have an espresso at this moment or a cappuccino because the violence that has been happening in NYC has been overwhelming. The violence in NYC has risen, the Gun arrests were up significantly in November already. The violent crimes, and especially homicides as well, have also risen both for this month and since the beginning of the year. Lately they have been killing in daylight and around other people as though it was nothing.
I know everyone saw that shooting in times square when a little girl was in the middle of a shoot out and a cop had to go save her in the middle of the shoot out. Yet they caught the person. It is scary because I have children and I liked that area. I can just in a mgine what that parent of that child must have been going through in her head.
I am glad that I moved off of NYC but I know people and still have family there. Especially all my coffee lovers.
I am hoping that it gets better and there are more police officers looking out for those who are just out there to get a cappuccino or in other words frappuccino. MTA are scared to even work because of the violence that is happening in train stations . A few months ago a person randomly attacked and killed a few people while riding the train. Can it be any scarier. Just today there was 4 slashing in the MTA subway. This is why many people are moving because it is too dangerous to be expensive and well it's a better life. Yet it's the City that doesn’t sleep if you stay there any longer you might never get any sleep being worried for your life and your families.
To all the readers and coffee lovers of my blog and around the world, be careful to keep your kids safe and buy coffee for home just in case.
