Have Your Parents Influenced What Goals You Have?

Good morning coffee lovers, So I must admit I cheated today, I didn't have coffee, I had a refresher. Sometimes I do need a pause yet I will have one later but this morning I chose something different. Which is fine. My children have the same thing all the time but I tempt them to try new things to see if they like it. I like to nudge them sometimes sto do different things but I still let them be themselves. This is why I want to talk about the influence we have and our children. When I was young I always knew what I wanted to be. My parents had other plans for me just to get any job that gave enough money to survive. I was told that my dream was just that: a dream,that writer did not make money and I had to do something that made money. I must admit I was sad for a pretty long time but I also looked at life realistically and well did what I was told and I worked real hard with each job I had. As I grew up I realized nothing I did satisfied me and in the back of my mind I knew why. And that's when I started going for my dream no matter what anyone said. I went back to school and graduated and look at me now. I am living my dream just with this blog alone. I Do have books coming up but in time my dream will be complete. When it comes to our kids we want them to be successful,but sometimes we may push or nudge them to the direction we prefer them to go rather than where they would like to go instead. We don’t do it on purpose but we try to live through our children and have them do things that we could not do while we were younger. These are minor mistakes but it does happen and sometimes we are lucky enough to have our children want to fall in our footsteps which is not bad. I just hope it's their choice,yet I see in the generation they are deciding more on their own yet our minds are still from the past. We parents influence our children to be the best they can be.We show them that life is hard, we should help them in order to strive, you must shine. But just know that yet we show them how to crawl they walk alone on their own. We should trust that they will follow their dreams and for some reason they don’t know their dream will help them by realizing what they love to do and it makes them feel. If you are a youngling reading this I am pretty sure your parents are trying their best but sometimes they also need to be guided as well. We need to hear you say you got this and we can trust you to believe in yourself to become someone you can be proud of. As for the question “Have Your Parents Influenced What Goals You Have?” I would say yes we do but sometimes so do aunt and others around you.Its a part of life that something in your life shows you where you feel you belong. I believe in all of you children of the future and know you get further than we ever have.
