Victims, do they ever get over their trauma?

Hello coffee lovers, Today I will need to drink something a bit stronger when it comes to this conversation. I am thinking of an espresso martini.yes that's what i said. This conversation is about victims and how they get over their trauma. People in this world have gone through trauma one way or another. Over time you would think one would get over the trauma they went through. But in reality it's just buried somewhere in your subconscious.
Some would say depending how deep or extreme the trauma is you can get past it. I think that they are wrong because minor things can still stay stuck in ones heard. Because they remember what made it traumatizing at that time. Every time you hear a word or see an area and there is a repeat of certain things you really do not get past it . it comes crashing back at you. People do get help finding a way to live with it or forgive what happens and move on but, I can tell you that it's not something easy to get over. For those who do not know what trauma really means let me show you some examples below. Trauma is a person’s emotional response to a distressing experience. Few people can go through life without encountering some kind of trauma. Replaying the Memory: When a person goes through a trauma a percentage of the victim's role plays it in their head or with others, thinking it is ok because it happened to them. Which I have seen time and time again. Fear and Anxiety: Most common things to feel when you have a trauma happen to you. It's when one fears it will happen again if they go out or if they do mostly anything how it may happen again. The anxiety of things that will; happen again gets to take over one's mind. Sometimes you just want to stay in bed because your trauma somehow got you and you feel safe and calm just in your bed. Many people go through this and it's hard to cope. When it comes to coping let me just say you DO NOT have to forgive the people who traumatized them. Some may choose to, but that is their decision to make, not yours. There are so many examples of what trauma may look like. Many people try to find help. And if you try hard enough to work on getting over your trauma it may help a lot. But does it go away? Nope you just learn to deal with it and the way you react to your memory or dreams or fears. I know it's hard but know you are not alone and If you are looking for help with this trauma because you are tired of feeling like a victim, here is some information below to help you make it through the day or night. https://www.talkiatry.com/go https://bestonlinetherapyservices.com/ https://read.amazon.com/kp/embed?asin=B07JCHFBJ9&preview=newtab&linkCode=kpe&ref_=cm_sw_r_kb_dp_EDQH05HCTXNH3YVXKEE7 https://www.betterhelp.com/ Seeking help for your mental health if you do not have anyone to talk to you and If it's urgent, text START to 741-741 or call 988.
