Luckiest girl alive: But was she?
Hello coffee lovers,
I was drinking a cappuccino with caramel so hot and foamy as I was watching a movie on Netflix called “Luckiest girl alive'' played by Mila Kunis, a great actress I have been watching for years . Which really resonated with what women go through alot. This movie is based on a woman who had a hard past life and had to look perfect so she is not being judged for the past. Yet she was breaking inside while smiling on the outside.
Women or any victims if they have to hide what they've been through can really break a person. Especially when your reputation is not the best type. I say no matter what you asked for in your past if you say no its no. You can be with many people or have a very open past. But still a victim because you used the word “NO”. I know they are trying to make it ok with a bill in North Carolina’s the only state with a law that says once a sexual act begins, you can’t withdraw consent.
I think this is sad because there are many victims that get raped or sexually assaulted. Now Poeple are saying if they are in the moment and changed their mind its not considered rape.Does that make sense? It's shameful to me and the world. They should be ashamed for allowing such things to happen.
But i am not just talking boaut this today; it's about people thinking they know what other people are because they smile or joke. when they really don’t. Many people who seem to have it all under control really are losing their minds behind closed doorsjust to keep that perfect image. These people who do that feel they cannot show their weakness for some reason or another.
which in my opinion people do not have to know it all but let people know you are human and you bleed the same.
We do not know what one is going through and we must take that into consideration what they are going through. Lets not put so much on them and try to think of others before you think how people can handle your problems becuase they seem fine and well.
Was she a lucky girl if no matter what she tried to get people to think was still known as one who was a victim or that she felt like a victim. And her whole life was based on what her past made her go through? I suggest you take a look at this and I would love your opinion. Some people have an issue without but i thought it was a great storyline.
I really hope that all the people who had a hard past get through it and become stronger. For those still struggling I feel you and I see you and wish you nothing but the best. It takes so much to get past thinking about any horrible past one may have. There is no rule book on how to get over the past and all i can say is work on it little by little to strive to learn from the past and not get left behind in it.
Until our next conversation talk to you Latte

Another great read. I definitely enjoyed the movie even though it was sad and definitely was dealing with a hard topic as sexual assault. No any time it is said means noo period.she was so broken and didn't realize it, until it started showing up in her relationships. Then she began to do the work to heal and forgive herself.
