Describe your perfect weekend

Good Morning coffee lovers, I hope everyone is well and drinking your coffee, lattes or these days frappuccinos.Today i want to get into something that has our Endorphins flowing. something that makes us smile. As we get older our weekends are not like they used to be. In our teens we hung out with friends at home. In our 20’s it was going out and trying to get into clubs. In our 30’s and up we are just looking for a day to just do nothing during the weekends but in reality we always have something to do even when we have no plans.
For example, we have a home to clean or clothes to wash. Most of the time it's our time to go to the food shop because we are so busy on the weekdays. If not we have guests over or have to go to someone else's party. We are too tired to do this during the week so we do it during the weekends. Unless you have energy to do these things I give you respect to work and continue to do what you do. As well as those who work during the weekends i guess it would be perfect for you to do it during the weekdays. Now when i describe my perfect weekend it goes according to not only my life as a mother, a worker but also a wife. My Perfect weekend would be as most people would agree is a clean home that I didn't have to do on my own. I would also love my son to take his younger brother out to spend more time with him. As well I would love time with my husband because we all need time with our spouses not running past us as he leaves or i leave for work. Talking through video is fine but nothing like face to face conversations. I also maybe would like to have a moment when I can write and not get distracted with things around me because it's easy to make excuses. I know this seems simple enough but it's really hard to accomplish. Some rest, of course, would be ideal but that's just a bonus. Wanting a perfect weekend is something we all want and need and if it happens more than once in a month we should be so lucky. Life always has plans for us and in the words of a great woman I once knew “ We don’t rest til we die.” Yet it seems harsh, it is reality. My question to you is what is your perfect weekend? And until next time see you Latte. #lattee #coffeelovers #seeyoulattee #yourweekend #yourperfectweekend #whatwouldyoudo #life #grownups #life #rest #bloggers #readers
