Losing weight is for the strong
Hello coffee lovers,
Now with this heat i normally do not drink cold coffee but i am considering coffee ice cream. What do you guys drink or eat to keep the coffee life alive? Talking about eating lets talk about what a large percentage of people do around this time. We try to exercise to get that what everyone calls “Summer body”.
Many people work really early like in the spring time to get ready to start to lose weight ahead of time. It's exciting when you lose the weight but when you work so hard and lose less than you expected it can be stressful and emotional as well.
Some people are built in a way that is in their genes to be the size they are. Losing weight can be hard when you slip, you can wound up how you first started.Then you got to think about the other ways of how you got to that place that you didn’t think being overweight or more weight will cause.
For example things that will keep your weight or or gain more weight are things such as:
*Sleep Patterns
*Stress eating
*mental issues
*Physical issues
These can cause just some of the problems when losing weight. I will admit I have trouble losing weight but I know I am older and not as active as I should be. Plus I do have back issues so I am limited on what I can do. I do try some exercise from time to time but overall I am healthy and that's what I pay attention to.
From what I have read on many other sites, at least about 52% to 55% of people in the world try to lose weight. Which is a great amount but only 20-25% actually lose it. This weight game is not an easy one and I myself think it's not for the weak. I once tried to not eat at all hoping it would help me. It did not go well. I wound up at the hospital and my doctor told me that's the worst thing I could have done.
We all think it's an easy thing to lose weight if we try it. What I would like to say is the cheating way, but there isn't an easy way to lose weight. For example, many people think if they have an operation to get rid of fat it will not grow back but i have seen people who have gotten the fat back. Things like that are not the shortcut to staying thin. You still have to work out or watch how you eat.
It may be hard for many but the advice I would give is give it your all because short cutting or just saying you will lose weight is only work. Do the work if you are serious about it but if you are not don’t bother because there are many trying to take their lives seriously and pretending to care makes no sense to anyone.
