Do you have Anxiety?
Hello coffee Lovers,
The conversation we are about to have is very deep and very informational at least to me and I hope to you readers as well. I suggest you grab your coffee closer to your lattes steamer and espresso shots that will keep you going through this. Get ready and let's talk about what most of the world has. Anxiety.
Everyone is scared of this word and to be honest ist so natural these days. I have my own story to tell how I didn't know I had it until my younger 20’s. I was stressed out about my job. I just quit it because he was a true womanizer. I couldn't take any more of it. I quit and while thinking about it on the way out I thought about my past and I thought of things I could have been, I got in my head so much by the time I got home my heart was beating right out of my chest. I felt light headed and I couldn't breathe. My heart started to beat faster and i felt myself locking up.Not being able to move.I was on my bed just thinking thats it. I am going to die. My roommate at the time called the ambulance for me and they came fairly quickly. After getting to the hospital i realized after speaking to a doctor that it was just anxiety and they had asked me if i ever had history of such things. Of course i did not but they explained to me how it can come up and what you may feel during the time anxiety comes it is simlar to some might say a heart attack. At least thats what i felt and i never had one.
For those who do not know if you have Anxitey here are a few clues that will help:
1)Shortness of breath
2)Fear of dying
3)Chest pain
4)Dizziness
5)Distress
6)Nausea
I am pretty sure there are a few more but these are some you should look for. The good thing is some people now know how to calm down their anxiety attacks. Here are some thinsg to help you when you start to feel it coming. Again not a doctor but sometimes these things can help you one way or another.
A)Meditation
B)Adequate sleep
C)Listen to music
D)Therapy
E)Guided imagery
F)Walking by yourself
I happen to use music to relax me and it really helps because i can use what i am feeling through the lyrics i am hearing. There are ways to help you yet it may not go away you can control it a bit. I know it seems as though nooone knows what you are going or what you are feeling but Roughly 301 million people, an estimated 4% of the global population, have an anxiety disorder. The count that i showed you are just the ones recorded,inmagine those who stay quiet and not tell us what ther are feeling and choose to fight alone. I also want to mention there is a show called"Geek Girl" On Netflix yet it is for the younger audience it still shows you how one may feel during a Anxiety attack and how you may overcome it in your own way.Check it out if you can Let me know about what you think.
Today i told my story because i want people to know that you are not alone and we all have our stories. I hope this helps you a bit and may encourage you to reach out to a friend a family member or even a doctor. Get help today so you can overcome the hard parts in life that noone wants to talk about.
